Day 10: What is your food philosophy?


My food philosophy has always been to enjoy and give in to your cravings.  It may sound unhealthy but you can always indulge yourself as long as you keep it balanced.

Eating is something I love to do, especially if it is enjoyed with family or with friends.   A simple family dinner, lunch break  at work or dinner with friends is made special because you are with great company, enjoying good food, spiced up with laughter and good conversation.

So eat and enjoy the flavors of the world :)
