It has been a week since I officially became jobless and added to the increasing number of unemployed citizens of this country. It's a sad and painful reality that I have to face. The sudden turn of events left me somewhat at a loss but as what we usually say, "life goes on".
I honestly feel scared sometimes because I don't really know what's going to happen next. But I find comfort in knowing that I made the right decision. I did not really expect things would turn out this way, there must be a good reason behind everything. I believe that whatever it is, the Big Guy up there knows it's for the best.
We never really know what lies ahead. But the decisions we make today would always affect what tomorrow would bring. I made a decision that changed my life. For now, it may seem that I am at the loosing end, but I am at peace with myself.
