My Favorite Movie Quotes

One of the things I love most is watching movies!  I could probably stay in the house all day, propped up on the couch, munching on chips just watching old movies!  It could be any genre, but what tops my list would be romantic films.  I don't know, I guess I'm just a sucker for love and even if sometimes what happens in movies can never happen in reality, doesn't matter.  I will always be a fan of love and all it's splendor!

Here are some of my favorite quotes from romantic movies that I've watched.

"The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more; that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. That's what you've given me and that's what I hope to give to you forever."

“I finally understood what true love meant...love meant that you care for another person's happiness more than your own, no matter how painful the choices you face might be.”

"I would rather have had one breath of her hair, one kiss from her mouth, one touch of her hand, than eternity without it."

"I would rather fight with you than make love to anyone else."

"I vow no matter what challenges might carry us apart that we will always find a way back to each other."

And lastly, from the movie P.S. I love you.  This was the letter written by Gerry played Gerald Butler to Holly played by Hillary Swank.  I was crying buckets watching this movie.

"Dear Holly, I don't have much time. I don't mean literally. I mean, you're out buying ice cream and you'll be home soon. But I have a feeling this is the last letter, because there is only one thing left to tell you. It isn't to go down memory lane or make you buy a lamp. You can take care of yourself without any help from me. It's to tell you how much you move me, how you changed me. You made me a man by loving me, Holly. And for that, I am eternally grateful... literally. If you can promise me anything, promise me that whenever you're sad, or unsure, or you lose complete faith, that you'll try to see yourself through my eyes. Thank you for the honor of being my wife. I'm a man with no regrets. How lucky am I? You made my life, Holly. But I'm just one chapter in yours. There'll be more. I promise. So here it comes, the big one. Don't be afraid to fall in love again. Watch out for that signal, when life as you know it ends. P.S. I will always love you."

    Hi Doctor,

    Good day!

I apologize for posting this here. I couldn't find any other way to contact you but to leave a comment here.

I came upon your blog as I was searching the internet for interesting medical blogs. Allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Sophia of Xpert.ph. We are the first Pinoy knowledge-based social networking site that gives people access to local expert advice in different fields.

I’d like to send a proposal to you via email. Would it be possible to get your email address?

And oh, I adore City of Angels, too! Actually romantic movies are my guilty pleasure. I try to pretend they don't affect me, but I guess I'm just a girl, too.

Anyway, looking forward to a reply.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Sophia Labayen
